When Belgian 4T4 asked Irishman Richard Farrell to sing on one of his solo tracks, they got along so famously that they became immediate allies and decided to turn it into a solid permanent project. 4T4 coming from a more electronic DJ standpoint, while Richard is mainly rather acoustically blues and soul based. They've worked on this album for 3 solid years. What started out as dancefloor jams became something that reminds us more of classic progressive 70's or 80's albums than of edm. Music with personality and guts, a trip to listen to, more art than product. You might want to check this one out if you like music that tells its story from an original vantage point. Maybe it's modern soul, sci-fi pop or moondance. Maybe we shouldn't try to box it in anywhere and just let it be whatever it is. Pure music.
